Taylor Swift Reportedly Loans NYC Apartment to Sophie Turner
As Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas hash out the intricacies of their separation, Taylor Swift is stepping in with a generous offer.
The "Anti-Hero" singer proves time and again that she's no monster on the hill, most recently by graciously opening her Manhattan home to Turner and her two young daughters, according to new reports.
The former couple is in the throes of working out their custody agreement following the musician's petition for divorce, after which Turner demanded Jonas return their children to her care in the UK, where they had recently established their family home.
It seems that Swift, who has been spotted hanging out with Turner several times in the last month, has loaned out her New York City residence to allow the Game of Thrones alum to remain close to her kids until the courts permit them to relocate.
According to Page Six, the residence in question is an "investment property" for the singer—it's unclear if it's the same apartment she resides in when she's in town or if she owns two in the neighborhood, but the publication reports that Turner has been spotted out and about exploring her temporary locale.
On Sept. 27, photographers captured the actress and another woman loading a travel crib and two large suitcases into a car outside, where she buckled her girls in before waving goodbye—as they assumedly headed off for a turn with their dad—and returning back inside.
Until the two complete their formal custody arrangement, the children must remain in the New York City area.
