Teenager posed with favorite food for her cheesy senior photos

Anna Priester is excited to start her last year of high school, and as is tradition, she posed for her senior portrait. However, the 17-year-old decided that her photos should be way cheesier than anyone else’s, and to make sure they would be, she brought out the cheese balls — literally.

“A few years back, my sister took her senior pictures and threw confetti in the air and posted them and everyone thought they were adorable,” Anna tells Yahoo Style. “I wanted to recreate that photo but do something more fitting for me, and funny, so I decided to throw cheese balls instead.”

Professional photographer Wendy Jarrell helped bring Anna’s goofy vision to life.

“She loves cheese balls and wanted to do these to represent her personality: cheesy, funny, down-to-earth,” Jarrell says.

The results are finger-licking funny. And the Twitterverse has had a good laugh with the creative photos too.

Anna is surprised by all the attention her original senior portraits have received.

“I thought it would just give my friends and family a good laugh, but I never thought it would go as far as it did on social media,” she says.

On what she wants everyone to know about her, she says, “I’m just a carefree person who likes to live life.”
