As we close out another year, it's time to ask ourselves the important questions. Namely, what TV characters filled us with a rage so powerful and fiery that it's a surprise our very televisions didn't implode through the sheer force of our fury?

I know the BuzzFeed commenters are a passionate bunch, especially when it comes to pop culture, so I want to hear from you: Which 2022 TV character did you love to hate, or just hate to hate?
Maybe it was a tie between the cruel Angela or Satanic-panic-what's-his-face from Stranger Things.
Seriously, what was this guy's name? He seems like a Ted. Or maybe a Jed. Something in that area, for sure. Either way, he was split in half by the Upside Down, which is a bummer, but my god, what a jerk.
Or perhaps you, like me, were impressed by the depths of hatred inspired by Bad Sisters' J.P., aka the brother-in-law from hell.
