The “new, dynamic, boutique trade event [is] set to redefine standards and provide a platform for high-end, designer, and cutting-edge textile innovations,” showrunners said. After taking part in fabric exhibitions across the globe, the group’s leaders noted that “larger events frequently lack a welcoming ambiance, leaving attendees feeling overwhelmed.” The Textile Show aims to upend that experience, “cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages and supports both our exhibitors and attendees, enabling a more concentrated focus on your business objectives.”

The Textile Show will launch in several markets across the U.S., starting on Feb. 27-29 at the Cooper Design Space in Downtown, L.A.’s Fashion District. The introductory event is expected to attract industry leaders and suppliers, allowing designers to peruse the latest trends in and learn about developments in the space from exhibitors that specialize in textiles, trims, color and trend, packaging and manufacturing services.

After the L.A. event, The Textile Show will head to Nashville, Tenn. from April 3-4, followed by Dallas, Tex. on Oct. 22-24.

“Our main objective with The Textile Show is curating an event that showcases the latest trends in fashion and textiles while providing a welcoming environment for suppliers and designers to connect,” show director Robinson said. “We aim to create a show atmosphere that will educate, inspire, and create meaningful and long-term partnerships.”
