The ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Girls All Got Matching Tattoos (and Cartier Rings)

Pretty Little Liars has been full of shocking twists and turns, making it one of the most popular shows to hit television in the past few years. With only one season left to air and filming officially done, the cast of PLL apparently felt that the best way to commemorate such a show would be to drop yet another surprising bomb on their eagerly watching fans. But rather than a surprising plot twist of backstabbing and secrets like the ones in the show, the cast members decided to tie themselves together with an act of friendship, and they all got a matching tattoo.

Shay Mitchell (Emily), Lucy Hale (Aria), Janel Parrish (Mona), Ashley Benson (Hanna), Troian Bellisario (Spencer), and Sasha Pieterse (Ali) all revealed their tribute to the popular show on their Instagram accounts, showing off tiny tattoos on their “shh” finger that feature the first initial of their character’s name. “This happened,” wrote Lucy Hale in a post showing off the new ink. “Thank you @shamrocksocialclub for taking care of us. We couldn’t not get tattoos to commemorate the show! And obviously on our “shh” finger.”

However, in true PLL fashion, that’s not all that happened to the actresses late last night. Marlene King, the show’s creator, also gave each girl a Cartier Juste un Clou Ring in the shape of a wrapped nail with what seems to be yellow gold encrusted with diamonds. Each ring costs $3,800, so this isn’t exactly what we’d call your average piece of friendship jewelry.

Not surprisingly, fans were completely in love with both the new tattoos and the rings, writing things like “LOVE THIS,” and “this is epic!!” on Hale’s post.

Luckily, the final season isn’t set to air until April, so we’ll still have a bit more time with our favorite group of shady friends. Even though the show is coming to an end, now that we know about their not-so-secret tattoos, we can’t help but think that this sisterhood will last forever, no matter where they all end up.
