5 Celebrities Piers Morgan Picked On in 2016
Piers Morgan has pissed off a lot of celebrities in 2016. Here’s a brief reminder of who he’s picked on this year.
1. Lady Gaga recently revealed that she was raped when she was 19 and now suffers from PTSD. Morgan responded to Gaga’s comments by tweeting, “No, soldiers returning from battlefields do. Enough of this vain-glorious nonsense.” He followed up with another tweet:
I come from a big military family.
It angers me when celebrities start claiming 'PTSD' about everything to promote themselves. https://t.co/IeSiGQkOjb— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) December 10, 2016
The two have since agreed to do a sit-down interview.
2. Next up, Morgan decided to go after David and Victoria Beckham for allowing their 11-year-old son, Cruz, to release a Christmas single. The Good Morning Britain co-host was not shy about sharing his opinions, calling the singer’s debut “sickening” and stating that “Cruz should be in school.” He placed the blame on Cruz’s parents, writing, “They’ve sold their souls to the commercial devil so many times they’ll soon have gold horns sprouting from their shoulder blades.”
3. Morgan weighed in after Kim Kardashian posted this nude selfie:

Morgan took to Twitter and offered to buy her some clothes. Kim quickly replied, stating that you should “never offer to buy a married woman clothes. That’s on some Ashely Madison type s***…”
4. Apparently, Morgan thinks he knows something about women’s fashion. He picked on Susan Sarandon after she presented the “In Memoriam” tribute at the 2016 SAG Awards wearing a white pantsuit that revealed her black bra. Morgan tweeted, “Would Susan Sarandon wear this to a funeral? No. It was thus horribly inappropriate for an In Memoriam tribute.” Sarandon responded perfectly:

5. Our final moment of Morgan picking on a celebrity in 2016 is when he decided to go after Beyoncé. He wrote an opinion piece about Beyoncé’s Lemonade album, calling her a “born-again Black woman” and that he “preferred the old Beyoncé.” As you can imagine, the Beyhive went after him, holding nothing back, and basically told him his opinion didn’t matter.
