It’s rare that we dole out more than three bucks (maybe $5, if we’re feeling like a baller) for lip balm, especially since they end up falling out of pockets and our flavor preferences are constantly changing. But for his performance at the 2016 American Music Awards, The Weeknd spared no expense to get his pucker stage-ready.

Celebrity groomer Christine Nelli moisturized the “Starboy’s” lips with a $60 tube of RéVive Intensite Moisturizing Lip Balm Luxe Conditioner — yep, $60. The high-end hydrator is packed with nourishing emollients like beeswax, mango seed butter, and ceramide. It also boasts a cooling and plumping sensation thanks to peppermint oil.

“My goal for any male is to make him look like the best version of himself. I really love when it looks effortlessly natural when it comes to his hair, skin and beard,” Nelli said in a press release. After watching the R&B singer belt out his hit record at the AMAs, we have to agree that Nelli more than accomplished her mission. But tell us: Would you pay $60 for lip balm?
