What: 39th annual Kell House Old-Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration.
Where: Kell House Museum, 900 Bluff St.
When:
7 a.m. — Staggered heats for third annual Firecracker Mile run hosted by Midwestern State Track & Cross Country Club
8:15 a.m. — “Most Patriotic” Parade organizes at Ninth Street and Ohio Avenue.
9:00 a.m. — Parade begins and ends at Kell House
After parade — Kell House old-fashioned salute to America, parade award winners, Pledge of Allegiance, cake walk, face painting, yard games.
What: 4th in the Falls Freedom Fest:
Where: Wichita Falls MPEC Festival Park, located between the Kay Yeager Coliseum and Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall, 1000 Fifth St.
Cost: Free
When:
5 p.m. — opens
6:30 p.m. — National Anthem and Sheppard Air Force Base Flyover
6:45 p.m. — Opening Act, Hellen Bach
8:00 p.m. — Headliner, Back in Black tribute band
9:30 p.m. — Fireworks display
Henrietta
What: Fourth in the Park
Where: Hapgood Park, Spur 510
Cost: Hot dogs, chips, snow cones and drinks for sale. Sponsored by Henrietta Volunteer Fire Department
When: 6-11 p.m.
Note: Shoot fireworks or just watch the show.
Jolly
What: Stop & Pop
Where: 10465 U.S. 287 N. across from Jolly Truck Stop
Cost: Free
Note: The public is welcome to and shoot off their fireworks. Jolly Volunteer Fire Department on site.
