Things to do: National Road Bike show brings hundreds of motorcycles to Cambridge

CAMBRIDGE — Cambridge will again be home to the National Road Bike Show and Rib Fest. Check out motorcycles from all across the nation and be sure to come hungry. Numerous food trucks will be on hand serving brisket, pork, and all the smoked meats you dream about. Local vendors and others will be on hand, including the Half Throttle Saloon. A temporary tattoo and dog watering station will be set up as well. Live music will be provided beginning at 11 a.m. with Tracy Blaine, Texas Shot, Rattlebox and Lock 17. This is a free, family-friendly event. The show is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. June 15, with trophies being awarded at 5 p.m. on Wheeling Avenue in Cambridge.

Library fun

DUNCAN FALLS — According to the Muskingum County Library website, "Join Mr. Molecule on a hilarious journey through outer space and discover the wonders of the universe. This adventure will also introduce you to Neil Armstrong's amazing story." The event is scheduled to run from 4 to 5 p.m. Friday, and guests can register by visiting https://events.muskingumlibrary.org/event/10684894. This event is recommended for all ages. Wonka performance

ZANESVILLE — Join the Zanesville Community Theatre June 14-15 to check out Movement on Main's talented signing and acting students as they present "Willy Wonka." It is based on 1964 novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl. The first performance is scheduled for 7 p.m. June 14, with the next shows at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. June 15. Outdoor concert

NEW CONCORD — The Celebrate New Concord summer outdoor concert series returns with Barefoot McCoy to open the season at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 11 at Village Park, 2 W. Main St. Admission is free. Come early and enjoy the New Concord Farmers Market from 4 to 7 p.m. at the corner of Maple and Layton. Upcoming performances in the series includes the Found Sounds Steelband on June 25, David Mayfield Parade on July 9, Muskingum Valley Symphonic Winds on July 23, Northwest Territory on Aug. 13 and Swing's The Thing on Aug. 27.

Pickin' in the Pavilion

NEW CONCORD — Live music returns to Rix Mills Presbyterian on Sunday. Faire May, a new group to the pavilion who do traditional folk music. will be performing. The music begins at 7 p.m. Food will be available from the Buffalo Church beginning at 6 p.m. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. For more information call 740-674-4888. In the event of inclement weather, the performance will be moved inside. Rix Mills Presbyterian Church is located at 2770 Rix Mills Road.
