Mowry hit the event’s red carpet in Beverly Hills on Saturday, wearing a pair of glossy black pumps. The “Sister, Sister” actress’ style featured smooth uppers with sharply pointed toes. Though the pair’s base couldn’t be seen beneath her outfit, the style was likely finished with thin stiletto heels, given the shoe’s traditional shape and styles that Mowry’s worn over the years.
Pumps like Mowry’s are favored for their classic silhouette, which can often dress up outfits ranging from casual to formal. Styles with thin stiletto heels are released year-round from a range of brands, with the most popular featuring neutral hues including black, brown and beige. New pairs can be seen in a wide array of collections this fall, hailing from labels including Vince Camuto, D’Amelio Footwear and Steve Madden.
Mowry’s heels added a sharp finish to her outfit for the occasion: a crystal-embellished top, silky black trousers and a wide-lapeled blazer. For added glamour, the “Twitches” actress boosted her attire with a silver crystal-coated handbag, layered necklaces and large gold hoop earrings — which were also seen while she mingled with friends including Coco Jones and Gabrielle Union.
Mowry’s shoe styles range from sleek to whimsical. The actress often wears strappy sandals, pumps and platform heels for everyday occasions or nights out — often from top brands including Versace, Stuart Weitzman and Christian Louboutin, plus affordable labels like Steve Madden and Topshop. Aside from heels, she’s also been spotted in Aperlai boots and Nike sneakers while off-duty over the years.
