In the Instagram reel, Tiffany can be seen holding onto the rails of the yacht looking a bit nervous before finally taking the plunge—all while showing off her super strong legs in the process. Tiffany has spoken about her 50-pound weight loss over quarantine, but here's a deeper dive into how she stays on top of her game.

After her weight loss throughout the pandemic, Tiffany spoke to People and revealed she was ready to shift her focus to building muscle. "I don't really want to lose any more weight. I want to now just sculpt it all, sculpt off the fat so I can get to the muscle. The goal is to have abs by New Year's Day! We'll see."

Not long after that, she realized she needed a more consistent workout regimen that would help her maintain her desired result. Tiffany chatted with Women's Health to talk about how her fitness game has changed since taking on her workout challenges. She noted that two days a week she likes to head to the gym for an hour and a half. "I do a lot of weights, like squats and stuff," she said. She's also a big fan of kickboxing, barre, HIIT, and even aerial yoga. "I'll end up taking either two classes, or I'll do one hour of weights and then one class, and I get out of there."

As for her diet, Tiffany loves protein-based meals and drinks around a gallon of water a day. For breakfast, she likes an egg or an avocado topped with pico de gallo. For lunch, Tiffany usually opts for a Caesar salad or a bowl of soup. But when it comes to dinner, she's game for whatever comes to mind. "For dinner, I'm eating whatever I want to," she says.

Keep it up, Tiffany!
