Milk Makeup’s Jelly Tint cheek and lip stains are one of the most popular new makeup releases of 2024 — they’ve racked up millions of views on TikTok and over 160,000 hearts on Sephora’s Loves List. So popular, in fact, that when they hit Sephora stores in early February, the Jelly Tints sold out in short order. If you’ve been angling to get your hands on spring’s ‘It’ makeup product, today’s your lucky day: The Milk Makeup Jelly Tints just restocked at Sephora after their massively successful launch.
More from WWD
Similar to a blush stick but with a semi-translucent jelly-like texture, the Milk Makeup Jelly Tints deliver unique results, imparting a stained wash of color for the lips and cheeks. Made with vegan collagen to help visibility firm skin, and with aloe and seawater to soothe and hydrate, customers have remarked on how “buildable” these TikTok-viral beauty products are. It’s perfect if you want to create a natural-looking blush or subtle lip stain. “[It’s] super easy to put on,” one Sephora tester commented, “and [it] left my skin looking glowy and amazing, better than a powder blush definitely!” We think the Jelly Tint is ideal for the warmer months ahead, especially if you want to achieve that no-makeup makeup look without too many products.
Ranging from a pretty warm coral shade to a sheer red, the Jelly Tint has options for all skin tones. The Burst shade is a favorite for WWD Shop editor Claire Sullivan — and one of the first shades to sell out. “This is the perfect shade of cool pink: It delivers a pretty watercolor-like stain that simply doesn’t budge,” Sullivan says. “I’ll use a fluffy makeup brush to transfer the product from the bullet to my cheeks, then tap the pigment on my lips, blurring the edges. It dries quickly, so you’ll want to work quickly, but it buffs to perfection.”
With over 1,000 applications per stick, you’re sure to have it on your makeup bag all summer long, and their small sizes make them ideal to squeeze in a small bag on a night out. Given their popularity and that they sold out so quickly in early February, now’s your chance to grab one before the millions of shoppers who lined up for this restock.
