Hoda Kotb believes in miracles — and after the last few years she's had, it makes perfect sense why. In the midst of her exciting engagement news, the TODAY star took a moment to celebrate her and fiancé Joel Schiffman's "first" miracle: daughter Haley Joy.

While many were busy celebrating Valentine's Day, the Kotb-Schiffman clan was primarily focused on Haley Joy's third birthday on February 14. To celebrate her daughter's special day, Hoda posted a series of sweet snaps on her Instagram with an all-too-relatable caption that read: "I believe in miracles. My first one happened 3 years ago. My only request... is for you Father Time ... pls slow down ??."

In no time at all, Hoda's followers responded with well wishes and heart emojis. "I believe in miracles too, Hoda. These pictures made me choke up ??," wrote one follower. "Haley was your miracle and you were her's ??," wrote another.

Some followers even took a moment to thank Hoda for being so open about her journey to motherhood. One fan, in particular, wrote a heartfelt comment about how the TODAY star's adoption story has personally impacted her, and so many other women struggling to conceive. "What a beautiful journey life has taken you on and I'm so grateful that you let us feel like a part of it by sharing your story. It's not enough to say 'thank you' to you and Dylan for sharing so much of yourself with people you will never know, never meet, and letting us feel like part of your journey," they wrote.

While Hoda typically keeps her photos of Haley Joy and her youngest daughter, Hope Catherine private, she regularly talks about how being a mother has always been her #1 goal, even after her breast cancer treatment prevented her from conceiving. "I wake up sometimes and go, 'Oh my God, I have a baby!'" she told People back in 2017 a few months after adopting Haley Joy. "But it feels totally real. I guess if you've been waiting this long for something, and you wish for it, pray for it, hope for it, wonder if it will ever be, and then it happens, nothing's more real. Nothing."

In a few months, Hope Catherine will turn one years old(!), so keep your eyes peeled for another round of adorable photos. Who knows, there might even be some wedding photos by then...
