5. Enjoy comedy of Steve Trevino in Naples

4. Star Spangled Bonita is Thursday

The annual Star Spangled Bonita from 5-10 p.m. Thursday features a 48-minute drone, fireworks and a laser-light show. Also savor food, watch an ice-cream-eating contest and hear live music. 3. Hear bluesman Albert Castiglia in Bonita Springs

2. Tasting the Tropics at Naples Botanical Garden

The Tasting the Tropics festival allows visitors to sample tropical fruits from around the world. It's from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. July 6, and is included with the cost of admission to the Naples Botanical Garden, 4820 Bayshore Drive, Naples. Tours are $10 for members or $15 for non-members. Tickets are available through naplesgarden.org.

1. Drone show to light up July Fourth festivities July 6

If you missed out on Independence Day fun, fear not. Head to Paradise Coast Sports Complex, 3940 City Gate Blvd. N., Naples, on Saturday for Drones in Paradise. Festivities begin at 6 p.m., with bounce houses, laser tag, face painting and more. At 9 p.m. hundreds of drones will take to the sky in a light show with a variety of colors and shapes, set to patriotic music. Free parking and admission. playparadisecoast.com.
