Take a tour around Wayne County Fair and its Sunday judging and shows

Sunday at the Wayne County Fair began with a sheep show and a couple of church services, then moved on to the 4-H bake sale, pedal tractor pull, Junior Dairy and horse shows.

The weather cooperated once again, turning out a sunny sky and cool temperatures.

Today’s forecast is sunny with a high of 78 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

The forecast is sunny for the rest of the week, but the temperatures will move into the high 80s.

Monday schedule of events

8 a.m.: Junior swine showmanship, Event Center

8 a.m.: Junior poultry show, Event Center

9 a.m.: Pony, draft, miniature horse haulter show, Coliseum

9 a.m.: Junior horse show, riding arena

9 a.m.: School bands perform, grandstand

Noon: Local tractor pull, grandstand

Noon: Junior market lamb and showmanship shows, show arena

2 p.m.: Pee-Wee and pro showmanship sheep show, show arena
