Tracee Ellis Ross is looking extra fit and incredibly toned these days.
In a new Instagram video, the 49-year-old Black-ish star is grooving to music as she works a super sleek swimsuit during a photoshoot. And wow, I can't keep my eyes off her ultra-toned legs.
Tracee swears by The Tracy Anderson Method and Gyrotonics. She also works out with a trainer a few times a week.
Tracee Ellis Ross is werking it in a new Instagram video.
The Black-ish actress, 49, shared a behind-the-scenes clip of herself posing in a metallic one-piece swimsuit while moving and grooving to Pia Mia's song "Touch" and holding on to some metal poles for support. And her legs and booty look super strong and fit.
"My version of pole work," she captioned her post.
And her followers and fans were definitely here for it: Singer Jewel commented, "Mamma!!" While actress Viola Davis wrote, "I LOVE the swimsuit!! Beautiful ????"
To get her legs looking so good, Tracee is big into Tracy Anderson Method workouts and has been doing them for more than a decade.
She told Health in 2017 that her workouts with Anderson have been “really good” for her. "I find that, as adults, we stay so regimented in our movement, even if we get on a treadmill," she told the publication. "The music changes all the patterns, and my body gets to move freely, so you feel amazing—which is ultimately the point of the workouts, too."
Tracee also works with trainer Jason Walsh on the reg—and she shared a video of herself doing weighted sled pushes, showing off her incredible strength.
To work on her flexibility, Tracee also practices Gyrotonics, "an original and unique movement method that addresses the entire person by opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and improving strength and movement efficiency," according to the Gyrotonic Method website.
In terms of nutrition, Tracee eats a really healthy diet that works for her. She told People, "I like simple, whole foods." She avoids dairy and loves to buy seasonal produce from the organic farmers' market. She also said that, “My favorite meal of the day is an early dinner/late lunch between 4 and 6 p.m.,” she said. “I love going to one of my favorite restaurants once a week to have a glass of wine and a delicious meal. I don’t restrict my eating to firm meal times. I eat in the same philosophy that I live with: joyfully!”
Here's to eating joyfully, Tracee!
