According to Anderson, who is known for her celeb-loved workout program the Tracy Anderson Method, the goal with the collection was to create elevated workout wear that translates to everyday.
“For me, the finest activewear indulges in simplicity — lines, flattering fits, first-class comfort,” she previously told WWD.
Of the launch at Bergdorf’s, Anderson said in a statement: “When I was designing my activewear line, the goal was to create a line of essentials to help find freedom in motion and feel like a second skin. I’m thrilled that the iconic leader in fashion, Bergdorf Goodman, will be the first retail partner to carry the activewear line and expand the offering to their customers. My collection is the finest activewear that indulges in simplicity, clean lines, flattering fits and first-class comfort.”
The collection will be available at Bergdorf Goodman, online and on the fifth floor of the store, starting Monday for a limited time only and will be the only activewear line sold at the retailer.
