If you’re hosting family for the holidays and looking for fun pieces to freshen up the house in a festive way, believe it or not, Trader Joe’s has got some incredible options to choose from. We’ve all been there, either short on decorations or unhappy with the old and worn out ones of the past, and there’s nothing like a family dinner to put the spotlight back on the lack of holiday flair. And now that Christmas is only a few weeks away, it might be high time to make some necessary upgrades at home.
One of the easiest places to start when decorating your home for the holidays is the dining room table. The place where you and your loved ones sit down and share a meal together can be the perfect setting for a little extra holiday cheer, and Trader Joe’s knows just what we need to accomplish that task.

As part of their popular felted wool collection, some TJ’s locations have started to receive a charming array of felted wool wreaths and felted wool pinecones just in time for Christmas. The wreaths are available in an assortment of colors that may vary depending on location — retailing for $19.99 — whereas the pinecones are available in both brown and green and retail for only $3.99.

Fans of the popular neighborhood grocery chain were quick to spread the word on the new holiday swag, with multiple shoppers taking to the highly active Trader Joe’s subreddit to announce the news. One user described the wool wreaths as “very roughly 12 inches in diameter and made up of many small felt wool balls sewn together.” They also were able to find the wreaths in “two color schemes: white/light gray/dark gray, and white/red/dark green/teal.”
In a separate post shared to the same Trader Joe's subreddit, one happy purchaser claimed that not only did their local TJ’s drop the price from $2.99 to $1.99 on the felt pinecones, their dog was also having a field day with them. “I guess they (Trader Joe’s) haven’t realized their true potential.”
