Trader Joe's
One thing you can guarantee is that Trader Joe’s is going to break the internet. Every day, there’s a new reason to make a mad dash to the retailer, and we’re this close to packing everything up and just moving into the back room. Okay, maybe not into the actual stockroom, but if you happen to trip over a sleeping bag in the sauce aisle, I promise it’s not mine.
All jokes aside, TJ’s is a fan-favorite retailer with good reason. Not only do they offer a dizzying array of otherworldly culinary products, but they’re also committed to providing the best quality goods at the lowest possible prices. With all of the great products available, it’s hard to imagine anything the retailer doesn’t have, but of course — before you can even think it — they’ve added that too. The latest addition to the already packed shelves of the retailer is none other than the endlessly flavorful Beef Bulgogi, and @traderjoesobsessed has already whipped up a recipe our mouths are watering over.

Using only ingredients purchased from TJ’s and highlighting the thinly sliced marinated beef pieces, the famed Instagram user whipped up Beef Bulgogi Loaded Fries, and the comments section exploded. To make the delicious-looking dish, you’ll need a pack of Trader Joe’s Beef Bulgogi, which you can purchase for $12.99, Mexican-style shredded cheese, your favorite french fries, organic mayo, gochujang paste, and an onion.

To put together this mash-up of a dish, first, you’ll sauté your onion and toss the beef and fries into a preheated oven. While that’s working, you’ll mix the gochujang paste into the mayo to taste. After the fries are golden, the sweet and savory bulgogi is heated through, and the onions are softened, you’ll assemble everything and top with cheese. The final step is one more quick pass in the oven to melt the cheese, and you’ve got yourself a meal.
As you can probably imagine, users went wild at the sight of the incredible-looking meal. “Wow I must try this !!! ??” said one person. “Dang that looks????????” agreed another. A few people even recommended an easy substitute for people who don’t eat meat, and we might just try that version, too! “Ooh I’m gonna do this with the vegan one.”
However you choose to enjoy the succulent dish that is Beef Bulgogi, we’re sure — like most things at TJ’s — it won’t last on the shelves for long. If you happen to be looking for something that isn’t food , the retailer also has plenty of cute holiday decor to make your next gathering just a little more festive.
