The holidays are nothing if not sweet. Sweet as they can be though, there’s always room on the table for one more dessert (even if you already have plenty). From seasonal chocolate bars to gingerbread sandwich cookies, choosing just one option is almost as difficult as selecting the perfect Christmas tree.
With the recent advent of candy boards, the holiday season is the perfect testing ground to give the sugar-coated hors d'oeuvres tray a try. You could fill your grazing platter with seasonal fruits, brownies, muffins or cookies — the options are truly limitless.
Like every good charcuterie board, there are a few key components that make a standard board phenomenal. And fan-favorite grocer Trader Joe’s is the one-stop shop to help you pull it off.

Of the key charcuterie ingredients, dips and sauces play a thoroughly underrated role in creating the perfect bite. Fortunately, TJ’s has just the thing for you to add to your candied assemblage, and fans are clearing the shelves to get their hands on a return item worth talking about.
Trader Joe’s Sweet Cannoli Dip made its return to stores this week, and if the chatter on the always-popping TJ’s subreddit is any indication, you might want to hurry and grab yours.

The returning dip is a love letter to the creamy sweet filling inside a crispy cannoli shell, and fans have nothing but positive things to say about it. “They nailed the flavor and texture of this 100%" said one person.
As rich as it sounds, the liquid dessert starts with a base of ricotta, cream cheese and sour cream. Fragrant vanilla is the final flavor component, and this treat is ready to be devoured.

While you could certainly grab a spoon and dig in (and we don’t blame you), choosing the proper vehicle to transport the dip to your mouth is equally as important as enjoying it. And thanks to the comments on the Reddit thread, we have plenty of inspo for ways to serve the “10/10” dip at our next holiday soiree.
OP buritscoldoutside shared a photo of the treat and recommended trying it with the Belgian Butter Waffle Cookies you can also find lining TJ’s shelves. But that's not the only option. “Try it with the butter almond thins!” suggested another user. “I did this yesterday for a movie night platter with my teens. Added some strawberries. They were very happy!” shared another person.
Whether you decide to enjoy the sweet treat on its own or opt to do the dip, there’s no reason not to try it. You can scoop yours up for just $3.99 and if you add the Butter Waffle Cookies to your cart you’ve got a quick and easy dessert for under $7.
