Travis Kelce Caught on Camera Admiring Taylor Swift Poster Ahead of Chiefs Game
Travis Kelce #87 of the Kansas City Chiefs looks on prior to the game New York Jets at MetLife Stadium on Oct. 1, 2023, in East Rutherford, N.J.
On Sunday, Dec. 17, the Kansas City Chiefs faced off against the New England Patriots—and although Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce expected his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, to be cheering him on from a private suite, he seemed surprised to catch a glimpse of her elsewhere ahead of the game.
Kelce was strolling through Gillette Stadium before the NFL matchup when he saw a poster of Swift hanging next to photos of athletes on the wall. A clip of the entertaining moment—captured by @NBCSCameraGuys and posted via X— showed the tight end briefly look up at the poster before continuing to (presumably) the locker room.
"Taylor Swift, never far from Travis Kelce's thoughts as he takes a look at her poster @GilletteStadium," they captioned the video.
Meanwhile the @tswifterastour re-posted the clip, writing, "Travis Kelce admires a Taylor Swift poster at Gillette Stadium for today’s Chiefs vs Patriots game!"

Swifties took to the comments to react to the video of Kelce, with one X user writing, "Admires or goes 'hehe' walking by casually."
Another person declared, "i love them," alongside a crying emoji.
Someone else was more skeptical, commenting, "How many times did he have to walk past that until you got the shot he wanted."
Meanwhile, one person joked, "clearly admiring Carles Gil."
"proud bf moment," another X user wrote, whole someone else pointed out, "this is oddly cinematic."
Who knows? Perhaps fans will hear more about Kelce's reaction to the now-viral clip on the next episode of his podcast, New Heights!
