Travis Kelce Proves 'He's the Goat' in Blood-Pumping New Workout Video

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has his first billed credit as a movie executive producer. Here he walked the red carpet at Union Station for the Super Bowl LVII championship ring ceremony in June.

Travis Kelce is turning up the heat in a new video showcasing his latest workout, shared by his trainer on Instagram on Wednesday, April 3.

Laurence Justin Ng, who specializes in sports performance training, has trained athletes from their early careers in high school all the way to professional members of the NFL and MLB, as well as in MMA and boxing. Based on his caption, Ng's been working with the tight end for his entire NFL career, which began when he was drafted to the Kansas City Chiefs in 2013.

The video, set to Big Sean's "Precision," found the three-time Super Bowl champ getting his blood pumping in a gym setting surrounded by vintage cars.

He stretched and strengthened his hip flexors, worked out his core against the wall, and went all out as he sprinted up an incline treadmill, ran straight out against a resistance band, and then bolted up the ramp of a parking garage, and we're out of breath just from watching.

Kelce is clearly keeping on top of things, "proving he’s the goat ?? ??" even though the Chiefs' spring training doesn't officially start until April 15—but he'll have to if the team wants a chance at winning their third consecutive Super Bowl.

"let’s 3-peat!" one fan hyped him up in the comments, while another assumed he was "working toward another Super Bowl ring."

"Yikes! That looks hard!!" others observed, with someone wondering if Killatrav is more "Man or Machine."

"Oh lawd!! His stamina!! ??," another impressed comment read.
