Travis Kelce's Mom Donna Shares Unexpected Stance on Turkey
Donna Kelce
You won't find a turkey on the menu at Travis Kelce's family Thanksgiving feast—as his mother, Donna Kelce, recently revealed.
"We usually just go get a ham,” Donna, 71, told Us Weekly for an article published on Wednesday, Nov. 22. “I’m not particularly fond of turkey.”
Although she skips the traditional Thanksgiving turkey, Donna—who told the publication she's "not a good cooker"—does serve a number of baked goodies.
“I bake cinnamon rolls. They’re always my favorite, my go-to. I only can do it a couple [of] times a year ’cause they’re so sugary,” she explained “So, we’ve got rolls, we have muffins, cookies, things like that, and I usually do that in the season.”

On the Nov. 22 episode of Travis and Jason Kelce's podcast, New Heights, the brothers also raved out Mama Kelce's dinner rolls, declaring them a Thanksgiving must-have.
Other must-haves for Jason included green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, corn and pork chops. Meanwhile, Travis only required a honey baked ham and mac and cheese, in addition to dinner rolls.
Conversely, Jason thinks pumpkin pie is an overrated Thanksgiving staple—and Travis doesn't really care for pie, period.

The brothers also reminisced about Thanksgivings past—including the not so pleasant moments.
"Our Thanksgivings, we've talked about this before...it just always ended in tears," shared, noting his younger brother, Travis was "very picky" at the dinner table. "With Travis at the table and dad [Ed Kelce] screaming at him."
"Don't take me back," Travis joked.
Hopefully, the Kelce brothers enjoyed plenty of ham and rolls (and no pie) this Thanksgiving—minus the tears!
