Travis Kelce's Mom Gets Candid About His Very Public Taylor Swift Romance
Travis and Donna Kelce
Donna Kelce is offering a rare comment on her son's very public romance in a new interview.
The NFL matriarch sat down with Access Hollywood guest correspondent Emily Orozco in a new interview, where she was asked how it made her feel to see Travis Kelce's "big smile" going viral during his visit to see Taylor Swift perform in Buenos Aires.
"It's kind of hard not to see it," she laughed. "It's all over the place! But you know what, they're making their own story, and they're telling it their way; so that's as good as it gets," she continued. "They're letting the whole world see what's happening, so I can't say anything except for I'm just glad that he's happy."
Donna has made it clear already that she's not going to be the source of any insider information about her son's relationship with the "Fearless" songstress, sharing after she first met the singer back in Oct. that didn't want to divulge anything about her son's private life. "I'll talk about my life and when the kids were little and I was with them, but they're men now. There isn't a man alive that's going to talk to their mom about their personal life. It's just not gonna happen," she explained at the time.
But while she's following her son's lead in keeping his "personal relationship personal," she'll surely continue to throw her support behind not only him and his brother, Jason Kelce, but his girlfriend. Mama Kelce shows up to as many games as she can, decked out in team gear, but she was also spotted at a local movie theater, where she sat down to watch the film version of The Eras Tour.
She also had some sage words for those watching at home after Orozco inquired about the advice she's given to her sons about looking for love, which turns out to be absolutely nothing. "You can't tell somebody, 'This is the person you need to find,'" she asserted. "Either the chemistry is there or it's not."
