Travis Scott Low-Key Addresses Kylie Jenner Split In His New Song "Gatti"
Travis Scott may have addressed his breakup with Kylie Jenner in his new song "Gatti."
Travis Scott has a new album out, and it looks like he miiiiiight have dropped a not-that-subtle reference to his breakup with Kylie Jenner on the song "Gatti." I mean, at least that's what fans are getting from the lyrics "Duck away, she wanna lay up and hibernate / I took a chance, it's a lot to take."
Innnnteresting. Though to be clear, Travis certainly doesn't name drop his ex-girlfriend, and for what it's worth Kylie's been super supportive of his new album:
Meanwhile a source told Us Weekly that Travis and Kylie stayed “extremely close” for their daughter Stormi. “They love each other and they share a daughter that will bind them together for life. They’ve been great partners in that respect. They are both putting aside any romantic differences to be the best parents in the world for their daughter.”
The couple spent Christmas together as a family, and there's been speculation that they're getting back together thanks to Kylie wearing a giant diamond ring—though Kim Kardashian low-key shut that down on Ellen, saying “I honestly don’t know. But I think that they are really just close friends and co-parenting amazingly. The big ring, definitely they’re not engaged. And I think she’s wearing it on a different finger. I do know that she—I think she bought that herself....But, yeah, I don’t know the status if they’re together or not. I don’t think they are.”
