These Two New Baileys Cookies Should Be The Only Ones You Leave For Santa
Look, Santa Claus has a long night of delivering presents all over the world, so the least we can do for him is leave him a solid plate of cookies. Why not give him a little jolt this year with German company Bahlsen’s new Baileys cookies? He deserves to unwind in between all those chimneys, after all.
The partnership with Baileys Irish Cream liqueur has resulted in two crunchy, chocolatey cookies that are available for a limited time. You have your choice of the Choco Leibniz Baileys and First Class Baileys — one of which contains alcohol.
Choco Leibniz Baileys: A crunchy butter biscuit topped with milk chocolate with a touch of Baileys filling (contains less than 1% alcohol)
First Class Baileys: Two crispy wafers stuffed with a Baileys cream filling and topped with milk chocolate that has the taste of Baileys (doesn’t contain alcohol)
Both of these cookies are available on Amazon as well as on store shelves, according a PR rep. The Choco Leibniz Baileys cookies and a different variety, Bahlsen Baileys Squares, will also be coming out in the U.K.
“These two new product developments, in collaborations with Baileys, much-loved consumer treat, are some of the most indulgent biscuits we’ve created and we’re excited for consumers to enjoy them this Autumn,” Julien Lacrampe, trader marketing manager at Bahlsen, said in a statement.
Both of the Baileys cookies will only be available for a limited time, so scoop them up for snacking with a buzz.
