Ugg Embraces Strength & Softness With Its Second Madhappy Collaboration

Ugg has tapped community-focused brand Madhappy for a cozy fall-ready collaboration that highlights the strength found in softness. This marks the second collaboration between both brands.

The multi-piece collaborative collection includes an ultra-cozy spin on Ugg’s most popular styles, the Tasman slipper and classic Ultra Mini. Both styles come in a wide range of both men’s and women’s sizes. The collaboration focuses on providing quality-crafted products that encourage both brands’ collective communities to lean into softness.

Retailing for $130, the slip-on unisex Tasman comes in neutral “Chocolate” and “Chestnut” colorways and features soft suede uppers that transition into plush sheepskin and upcycled wool lining, embroidered braiding at the ankles and flexible non-slip outsoles that are crafted of Ugg’s patent Treadlite made from renewable sugarcane.

Retailing for $160, the Ultra Mini comes in “Chestnut,” “Wild Grape” and “Snow.” The boot-esque style features suede uppers that are pre-treated to keep them looking better for longer and include cushioned plush UGGplush sockliners and flexible and lightweight outsole crafted with original premium Treadlite made from renewable sugarcane. Both the Tasman and Ultra Mini styles feature Madhappy’s signature logo embossed into the suede on the heel of each shoe.

The brand experienced major popularity in the 2000s, quickly becoming a staple of many celebrities’ wardrobes including the likes of Paris Hilton, Beyoncé, and Kate Moss. Today, Ugg is enjoying a resurgence in popularity, seen on the proverbial “it-girls” of our time like Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Elsa Hosk among others.
