Vanna White Demonstrates the ‘Exhausting’ Move That Keeps Her Body Toned
Pat Sajak is tired just looking at her.
Have you ever wondered how Wheel of Fortune's Vanna White keeps her energy up before going into each episode?
With 40 years of episodes under her belt, it can surely become monotonous standing in front of the board for the duration of each shoot, but there's one little trick the cohost uses to warm up ahead of filming, and she's letting fans in on the secret in a new video clip posted to the show's official Instagram.
"You always look great," Pat Sajak complimented his colleague as the short video began. "There's a little ritual you perform—this is serious—before each show, and we thought we'd show them."
"Okay," White agreed.
"Now, let me run off—I'm going to need some help with this," Sajak said, disappearing to ask someone off-camera for a hand.
Sajak and another man appeared to struggle as they worked together to carry in a pair of 10-pound dumbells.
"Oh, thank you so much," she said, taking the weights with ease. "So this is what I do before every show," she continued with a smile, moving into a round of bicep curls.
"And that's just part of the reason I'm exhausted," Sajak joked, holding his own arm as if in pain while White continued happily along.
"Take it easy, Pat. Vanna’s got this," the Instagram cheekily captioned the clip, which appears to be an older shot based on its "Wheel Memories" title.
Fans loved the little throwback, with several complimenting White's moves along the lines of, "Wow, Vanna putting on the gun show ??."
"ICONIC LEGEND ??," another wrote.
"You both always bring joy!" said a third, pulling Sajak's antics back into the mix.
After all, the host is frequently instilling his own viral moments into the beloved game.
