Walmart just slashed the price (again) on the already-on-sale VIZIO 50-inch Class 4K Ultra HD HDR Smart LED TV (D50x-G9) by another $12, bringing it down to just $248. That’s $180 off retail, which is nearly a 43 percent savings and the lowest price we’ve seen yet!
Back in September, Walmart dropped the price down to $260. This was down from its already low $280 sale price in July. How low can it possibly go?
Usually priced at $428, the VIZIO 4K TV features a pristine 50-inch display with full LED backlighting that’s perfectly suitable to upscale any HD video into glorious 4K resolution without missing any detail or clarity. It’s almost magical how good this display is considering its very, very low price point.
It features a built-in Chromecast for streaming Netflix, HBO Now, Hulu, and more straight from your smartphone to the big screen in your living room. This 4K TV also features three HDMI ports for video game consoles, sound bars, and Blu-ray players, while it comes with one USB port so you can plug USB thumb drives or external hard drives directly into it for your own media.
Not bad for less than $250.

“Great TV! Especially for the price,” wrote a five-star Walmart reviewer. “The picture is really good. The sound is good. The cast feature is cool. And easy access to all the apps we use. Definitely recommend this TV!”
This is a great “more bang for your buck” purchase with many of the bells and whistles you’d find on more premium 4K TVs, but at a fraction of the price. Pair it with the Bose Solo 5 TV sound system to really enhance your viewing experience.
