Prince Harry and Meghan Markle aren’t the only celebs making headlines for their love of Africa—Dave Matthews has made it his mission to save the elephants, and he’s offering some priceless incentives to those who join him.

Matthews met photographer and filmmaker Ami Vitale during a Standing Rock protest in January of last year, and quickly agreed to partner with her on a film about the Reteti Elephant Sanctuary in Kenya. Reteti is the first-ever community-run elephant sanctuary in all of Africa, and the locals who keep it running need all the help they can get.

In the three-minute film about Matthews’s visit to Kenya, the singer proves he's just as obsessed with adorable baby elephants as you are. “These sentient giants are nature’s great engineers. By voraciously eating the trees and brush, they kept the land open and grassy. Without the elephants, other wildlife, people, and livestock all suffered,” Matthews narrates. He offers an intimate look at the sanctuary and those who keep it going decades after ivory poachers decimated the elephant population.

Matthews is asking fans to donate to keep the sanctuary running, and one winner will fly to Los Angeles to watch Dave Matthews Band play at the Hollywood Bowl for the final concert of his tour. Matthews will even give away a Rockbridge Guitar that features a custom inlay of an elephant hand-drawn by Dave himself.

But the real grand prize: Next year, that same winner and a guest will go on a 7-day safari trip to Kenya to see the effect of their donation on Reteti, as well as other wildlife conservatories around the country.
