  • The large hole left behind by this extraction is actually a single pore that has been stretched by compacted contents.

In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pops a giant blackhead that looks like a glob of burnt, toasted marshmallow. Gather around the campfire for this blackhead horror story, folks. Hold the s'mores.

In the clip, Dr. Lee nicks the patient's skin to give the compacted contents an avenue of escape. She then gives the growth a firm squeeze with her fingers, easily forcing out its gunky contents. This pop is super sticky—and super satisfying. It’s like a little glob of burnt marshmallow festering under the skin.

“That was soooooooo goooooooood,” one fan commented on the post. For blackhead lovers, this isn't a pop to miss.

A blackhead of this size is actually commonly called a dilated pore of Winer. A dilated pore of Winer is essentially a large blackhead compacted in a single enlarged pore. This means the large crater left behind by this extraction is actually a single pore that has been stretched from the gunk gathering inside. It's truly wild.
