  • Dr. Pimple Popper has to squeeze a pilar cyst on a patient's scalp in her latest Instagram video.

  • Pilar cysts typically form on the scalp or neck and are filled with built-up keratin.

  • When this pilar cyst comes free, it looks just like an "eyeball."

In one of her latest Instagram videos, Dr. Pimple Popper has a sizable pilar cyst to remove from her patient's scalp. The growth protrudes from the skin in a ping pong ball shape before the dermatologist — who is really TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee — begins her quest to remove it. Once she gets going, Dr. Lee ends up pulling an entire "eyeball" free.

The video isn't devoid of a nice squeeze, though. The video begins with Dr. Lee having already made an incision over the top of the cyst. Carefully, she begins squeezing and melted butter-like contents begin to spill forth from the newly popped growth. Using gauze, she pulls away the newly leaked ooze and continues her work.

Using a pair of surgical tweezers, Dr. Lee begins to extract the entire cyst — sac and all — from her patient's scalp. While you may expect the dermatologist to have to cut this growth free, it actually pops out easily on its own. When it does, it looks just like an "eyeball" according to comments from fans on Instagram.
