Say cheese! In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—removes two tiny growths protruding from a patient’s neck. And the results of these bulbous pops are gooey, goopy, and almost cheesy. Delicious.

In the clip, Dr. Lee uses a surgical punch to create a round incision into the growths. This allows the famed dermatologist to access the growth's contents and sac with ease. Dr. Lee then gives the masses a good squeeze, allowing a collection of white compacted gunk to come wiggling out.

One fan compared the contents of the growth to Monterey Jack cheese, which is startlingly accurate. If you want to be even more precise, this collection of gunk almost looks like string cheese. Once Dr. Lee snips the cheese-like contents free, its gone for good. What a relief for this patient.

The growths featured in this video appear to be epidermoid cysts, which usually contain a collection of wet dead skin cells and keratin. Epidermoid cysts often occur on the face, neck, and body.
