Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper has an irresistible pop, you might even call it ear-esistible, to start off your Thursday. This is no throwback, this pop is brand new and oh so juicy. You might be wondering why it's so irresistible? Well, the cyst is located right on her patient's earlobe. It looks like an earring, but not the style her patient wants to keep wearing.

In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes every last bit out of the earlobe cyst. She captions this pop: "Sorry I didn’t hEAR what you said? ????????????". I see what you did there Dr. P.

The video jumps in with Dr. Pimple Popper squeezing away. She uses only her fingers and out comes piles and piles of greenish-brown gunk. It wiggles out in thin noodles, that at least one fan compared to "soba noodles". And, now that's officially off the Seamless delivery favorites.

Dr. Pimple Popper's fans have so many thoughts, and questions, about this earlobe cyst. One Popaholic writes: "I have to ask. Does it smell? Seriously... when it has a greenish tint to it." No answer from Dr. P on this specific pop's aroma. However, she has mentioned other cysts can have a smell.

Another fan commented, "The color of it... wow!" Wow is right. Kudos to Dr. Pimple Popper for another wow-worthy pop.
