In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—squeezes golden goop from an earlobe cyst. In fact, this treasure will likely remind you of your go-to condiment of choice: Dijon mustard.

In the video clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the patient’s earlobe and then begins to squeeze. Immediately, a stream of yellowish-brown gunk comes streaming out—and it simply won’t stop. Even Dr. Lee tells the patient she’s impressed with how much goop was inside the lobe—and viewers expressed the same surprise.

“It is always shocking to me to see how much can come out of an earlobe,” one fan commented on the clip. “It is such a small space (or so it seems) and then bam!” Another fan added, “One of the nastiest ones yet. That was awesome.”

According to several commenters, the gunk removed from the cyst looks similar to Dijon mustard. The comparison is pretty spot-on, too.

The growth featured in this video is likely an epidermoid cyst. This type of cyst — which is filled with wet dead skin cells and keratin — commonly occurs on the face, neck, and back.
