Said engagement took place in the Bahamas, they couldn't stop making out, and basically the entire thing is ridiculously cute. And while it's true that Justin and Hailey have only been dating for a few weeks, they actually have a suuuuper long history that dates all the way back to 2009. And the best part is, the moment they met was captured on camera.
