Watch: Kai Lenny Says 'Thank You,' Commits to 'Not Stopping Till Everyone's Back Home'

It's always nice to start the day with positivity and some good news.

And Kai Lenny has given us that with his latest Instagram post.

The waterman has been super active helping Maui and its people since wildfires ravaged the island, destroying Lahaina and displacing people from their homes.

Lenny thanked first responders in the clip above, captioning it:

"Huge MAHALO to EVERYONE that’s been making a difference!"

The post consists of four clips. First, the big wave surfer thanks everyone for their help. Then we see him thanking fireman, a tent loaded with supplies, and lastly, volunteers on boats and jet skis on the ocean.

In the first clip, Lenny speaks to the camera:

"I want to thank all of our first responders, the fire department, the police department, the Coast Guard, and everyone that's been making a difference to help the people," he said.

"I also want to thank the volunteers who put their entire lives on hold to help everyone.

"And it's worth mentioning that many of these fire victims that have lost everything, are out there at the donation hubs making a difference and helping everyone else while they have nothing as well.

"Let's all keep on pushing forward to do the best thing we can for the people of Maui.

"I won't stop until everyone is back home. Aloha."

Lenny, a resident of Maui,  is one of many surfers and other famous faces utilizing their ability to bring attention to the situation and ask the public for help.
