Earlier this week, the powerhouse vocalist turned a regular Wednesday morning into an unforgettable experience for some Los Angeles cafe patrons, who got to witness an impromptu performance from Clarkson herself.
In a series of videos now circulating on social media, Clarkson, 41, was seen showing up to a series of casual L.A. locations on Wednesday, June 7, as she surprised customers with a front row seat to some flawless a cappella performances of her newest music releases.
In one clip shared to TikTok, the American Idol winner serenaded unsuspecting sweetgreen customers with a cover of her single "favorite kind of high," which she sang outside of the salad shop along with a group of backup singers.

Earlier in the day, Clarkson was also seen putting on a casual show for coffee shop customers, which one of the lucky witnesses later shared to Instagram.
Tech entrepreneur Arjun Rai was in the middle of a meeting for his startup when the fan-favorite coach on The Voice walked in and broke out into song, this time singing a rendition of her single titled "Me."
After she finished the song, Clarkson joked to the employees, "I would like a vanilla latte," as if she didn't just make everyone's world turn with the jaw-dropping performance.

"just casually belting cause why not? ?? " one commenter applauded under Rai's post, while others wanted to know more details about how exactly the situation came to be.
According to Rai, Clarkson showed up at the Blue Bottle coffee shop in Culver City on Wednesday, along with five or six backup vocalists, to serenade the crowd for 90 seconds.
"She was energetic and enthusiastic" Rai told ET about the surreal experience. "Music started playing out of nowhere. It felt like a New York Broadway show."
Clarkson then stayed to take a few selfies with some fans before heading out, the outlet reports.
Talk about having a happy hump day!
