Do you know how tempted I was to copy/paste my nonsensical write-up from the last time I did this? I was...very tempted. And yet, I will not. I will sit here and write new words about the garbage fire-meets-train wreck you are about to witness because I love you and I care.

Long story short, a few months back, I was quarantining at home in New Jersey with my parents. That was back in the "we're-gonna-be-doing-this-for-one-maybe-two-months-max" phase of self-isolation! Back in the phase where you all expected I'd be back at theme parks shortly. So I ate my way through my parents' pantry. I called it a theme park. It was funny! You enjoyed it.

Now we are here. As I write this, I am on day 195 of quarantine. There is no end in sight. I have been back in New York City in my apartment with my husband since June 1 and have reached the point of acceptance—one where I realize theme parks are not in my immediate future, so I better fucking hustle to create video magic for the webz.

This is my way of telling you that, yeah, I did that thing where I pretended I was in a theme park again in order to bring you more #content. Only this time, the theme park is my tiny lil apartment and I got really drunk with Chelsea (via Zoom).

You're either going to love it or hate it. I hope you love it! I hope it brings you delirious joy. I hope it gives you 20-something minutes of reprieve. I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean.

And if you hate it? Whatever. Go stream Iconic Eats season 1 and season 2.
