The way this site is selling plus size tights is ridiculously offensive
A website is advertising plus size tights using straight-size models who pose in various positions to demonstrate stretchiness.
Multiple listings for plus size panthose on Wish.com feature thin models standing in one leg to show how much room there is or stretching the tights over their entire bodies.
Wish.com has already been criticized for its business model, which sells bargain basement-priced items shipped directly from Chinese manufacturers. “Wish targets customers with low-price goods such as dresses, watches, sneakers or jewelry shipped straight from Chinese manufacturers — but that also means delivery can take weeks and items sometimes arrive damaged,” reports Recode. That means if anyone is shopping for holiday tights, Wish.com may not even be able to fulfill your order in time.

Amazon was similarly criticized back in June when the retailer Arrive Guide displayed its plus size leggings using a slender model pulling the fabric away from her body in one image and in another, standing with two legs inside one pant leg.
The good news? There are plenty of retailers that sell plus size hose — without shaming their customers in the process.
