Rachel says: "This is good on a Saturday night but not so much for meeting parents."

Her tips:

1. Err on the conservative side ...

"I do think if you have it, show it, but I also think there's a time and a place."

2. ... but still be yourself.

"Ultimately, you hope they appreciate your personal style, but at first, sugarcoat it a little."

3. Opt for a lace mini-dress if you want to show a hint of skin.

"These are very body-conscious. They are tight, and they are lace, and you can see skin through it. So it reveals - but not too much. So it's kind of like sexy chic and totally appropriate, no matter where you're going."

4. Pair this lace dress with a simple, strappy sandal.

"I'm still seeing skin, I'm still seeing arm. At 'Hello,' she's going to love you, but the rest is up to you."
