Wendy's New Breakfast Items Will Make You Want to Get Up Early

Wendy’s is throwing its support behind the breakfast menu.

As breakfast food grows in popularity, consumers are seeking out more morning-time options to grab on the go that are not only filling, but also nutritious and delicious—oh, and we can’t forget savory!

That’s where Wendy’s two new English Muffin Sandwiches come into play!

The two menu additions will officially join the lineup on August 22.

Described as “light, fluffy and perfectly pillowy with a one-of-a-kind savory buttery spread that marries a hint of brown butter sweetness with fresh black pepper,” customers will be able to choose between an oven-baked Applewood Smoked bacon or a savory grilled sausage patty.

Both options will also include a fresh-cracked egg and melted American cheese.

In celebration of the English Muffins launch, Wendy’s is also hooking customers up with $2 off their English Muffin Breakfast Combos through September 3 via a $2 off any breakfast combo digital offer.

Wendy’s already has an extensive line of breakfast items, including the Breakfast Baconator, the Classic Bacon (or Sausage) Egg and Cheese, French Toast Sticks, Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant, and the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit, to name a few.

They also have a variety of coffee to choose from—from the basic hot coffee to the Vanilla/Chocolate/Caramel Frosty Cream Cold Brew, which was introduced to the menu back in July and really capitalizes on the public’s love of the Frosty. (This might also be a good time to mention that there’s reportedly a Pumpkin Spice Frosty launching this fall!)
