Westchester restaurants continue to attract celebrities
Add Singer/Songwriter Brenda Starr to the list of celebrities dining in the Lower Hudson Valley.
The platinum selling, Grammy-nominated Starr ate at Maria in New Rochelle on March 12. According to Owner Giovanni Cuculli, she's been to the Italian restaurant before but was there that night for an event honoring Hispanic women.
Also spotted this month in Westchester: Former President Bill Clinton at Mentor's Mediterranean in Chappaqua where Owner Mentor Berisha wrote on Instagram: "He was kind to the crowd; took lots of pictures with the other guests and we are very happy to be in his favorite list of restaurants."

Former First Lady and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is also a frequent guest there as is Actress/Singer Vanessa Williams, who Berisha has posted about many times before.
They join a long list of celebrities who frequent Westchester and Rockland restaurants, everyone from Comedian Susie Essman at Il Fresco in Orangeburg to Actor Richard Gere at Maria to baseball legend Joe Torre getting bread at The Kneaded Bread in Port Chester and Actor and Vocalist Ice-T with his wife Coco Austin at Gigante in Eastchester.
