So, Where Exactly Are HGTV's 'Rock the Block' Houses Located?
HGTV fans can't help but root for their favorite team on Rock the Block. The new competition series brings together the best of the best—Good Bones’ Mina Starsiak Hawk, Hidden Potential’s Jasmine Roth, Restored by the Fords’ Leanne Ford, Windy City Rehab’s Alison Victoria—to completely redesign identical properties into one-of-a-kind homes with increased values.
With the first week down, viewers are slowly starting to envision what the houses will ultimately look like, and it’s made everyone wonder where the four properties are located exactly, because who wouldn’t want to live in a home designed by one of these HGTV hosts?
Who built the houses featured on HGTV’s Rock the Block?
The four houses featured on HGTV’s Rock the Block were built by Pardee Homes Los Angeles in Santa Clarita, California—part of their new home community, Aliento’s Arista neighborhood.
The home reno experts were given keys to 2,530-square-foot models with three bedrooms and three baths, but before getting started on their project (the master suites!), The Property Brothers Drew Scott shared that the homes already had an initial market value of $750,000 and each competitor would only have $175,000 to increase its appraisal.
“Aliento isn’t your average master-planned community,” Pardee Homes wrote on their site. “With a range of floor plans, flexible spaces, architectural styles, and fun design options, homebuyers have the creative freedom to personalize their home and create something that’s truly their own.”
