After starring in a Tony, Grammy, and Pulitzer Prize-winning Broadway musical that became the hottest ticket in town and cultural phenomenon, there's nowhere else to go but up. Hamilton's creator and star, Lin-Manuel Miranda, has become a household name, charismatic Twitter presence, and go-to visionary for Disney. Now, he's poised to seize the pop culture landscape once more, as a filmed version of Hamilton hits Disney+. The show's entire original cast will be joining him, including Tony winners Leslie Odom Jr., Renée Elise Goldsberry, and Daveed Diggs and nominees Phillipa Soo, Christopher Jackson, and Jonathan Groff.

Ahead, here's what the multi-talented ensemble has been up to since Hamilton, from leading hit Netflix shows to re-teaming with Miranda for In the Heights.

What hasn't been said about Miranda's post-Hamilton trajectory? After emotionally exiting the titular role on July 9, 2016, his dance card has been undoubtedly full. On the acting side, he's co-starred in Mary Poppins Returns, appeared in HBO's His Dark Materials, and will play a supporting role in the movie adaptation of his first musical In the Heights. He was nominated for an Oscar for writing Moana's original music, composed a new theme song for Netflix's Magic School Bus Rides Again, and will pen more new songs for the live-action Little Mermaid. Miranda was also a producer on the Emmy-nominated FX series Fosse/Verdon, will direct an adaptation of Jonathan Larson's tick, tick...BOOM!, and is working on a super-secret new Disney animated film.

When Miranda wasn't singlehandedly keeping show-biz afloat, he dropped by the Broadway adaptation of Freestyle Love Supreme and helped shepherd a Hulu documentary about the improv musical group. Oh, and he mounted a special production of Hamilton in Puerto Rico and released a song for raise funds for those affected by Hurricane Maria. No word on what this man's sleep schedule entails.

Leslie Odom Jr. as Aaron Burr

Odom Jr. was quietly making a name for himself as a musical performer prior to Hamilton, appearing in episodes of Smash and starring in Broadway's Leap of Faith. But his career skyrocketed after his Tony-winning performance as Hamilton's adversary Aaron Burr. Since then, he's appeared in Murder on the Orient Express and starred alongside Cynthia Erivo in Harriet. Odom's musical career is also continuing strong; he released a self-titled album shortly before leaving Hamilton in 2016 and debuted a Christmas record in 2018.

One of the most powerful moments in Hamilton arrives courtesy of Goldsberry, with a stirring rendition of "Satisfied." She collected a Tony Award for her role as Alexander Hamilton's one who got away, Angelica Schuyler, and following her time with the show, played the titular role in HBO’s The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, co-starred in the 2019 indie drama Waves, and recurred on season 1 of the NBC musical series Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist.

Daveed Diggs as Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson

Following his star-making turn doubling as a French aristocrat and founding father, Diggs has become one of the busiest people in Hollywood. In the film world, he's starred in Blindspotting, worked with Jake Gyllenhaal in Velvet Buzzsaw, and been cast as the voice of Sebastian in the live-action Little Mermaid. On TV, he's recurred on Black-ish and Star Wars Resistance and now stars in Snowpiercer. He also continues to write and perform with his hip hop group Clipping.

Phillipa Soo as Eliza Schuyler Hamilton

Soo exited her Tony-nominated role as Alexander Hamilton's wife alongside Miranda in July 2016. She's remained ingrained in the Broadway world since then, starring as the titular character in the musical adaptation of Amélie and co-starring alongside Uma Thurman in The Parisian Woman. Soo was also a series regular on CBS legal drama The Code.

Prior to his show-stealing performance as the comically vain King George, Groff was nominated for his first Tony, for Broadway's Spring Awakening, in 2007. He also appeared on episodes of Glee and took a brief break from playing the royal while filming the HBO Looking movie. (Andrew Rannells replaced him in Hamilton while Groff was away.) Groff exited the show officially in April 2016 but returned for the filmed version. Since his departure, he's led Netflix's Mindhunter, reprised his role as Kristoff in Frozen II, and performed Off-Broadway as Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors.

Chris Jackson as George Washington

Jackson was nominated for a Tony for his role as America's first president and exited the show in November 2016. He's gone on to co-star in the CBS legal drama Bull and appeared in episodes of Netflix's When They See Us. The actor has also returned to his Broadway roots and made appearances in Freestyle Love Supreme, the improvisational musical from Miranda with regular special guests.

Anthony Ramos as John Laurens/Philip Hamilton

Since leaving his dual roles in Hamilton, Ramos' star has been on the rise. He nabbed a series regular spot on Spike Lee's Netflix series She's Gotta Have It; co-starred alongside Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga in A Star Is Born, and will lead the In the Heights movie as Usnavi de la Vega. Oh, and he's also made time to release his debut album and get engaged to his Hamilton castmate Jasmine Cephas Jones.

Jasmine Cephas Jones

Jones iconically originated the roles of Peggy Schuyler and Maria Reyndolds in Hamilton and departed the show on December 8, 2016. She's since appeared in a slew of buzzy movies and TV shows, including Marriage Story, The Photograph, and HBO's Mrs. Fletcher.

After playing Hamilton's Hercules Mulligan and James Madison, Onaodowan took over the titular Pierre in Broadway's Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812 from Josh Groban in 2017. Today, he stars as Dean Miller on the Grey's Anatomy spinoff Station 19.
