Where to Watch Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza Musical Featuring Dolly Parton and Doja Cat
It's gonna be fire (sauce).
For many, it felt like the world stopped all over again when Taco Bell announced it was discontinuing its Mexican Pizza in late 2020. A petition to reverse the decision racked up over 100,000 signatures, so when the chain announced the missing menu item's return in early 2022, even the likes of Dolly Parton couldn't get enough of it.
Taco Bell announced the impending return back in April, with Parton celebrating the return of the Mexican Pizza the day it made its grand (re)entrance. Parton—along with fellow Taco Bell stans Doja Cat and Barlow and Bear—was also set to star in TikTok's latest musical Mexican Pizza: The Musical later that month, but the production was delayed.
The show is set to finally premiere on Sept. 15, coinciding with the permanent return of Mexican Pizza to Taco Bell storefronts after supply shortages following its initial return.

While Doja Cat and Parton's respective songs have yet to be teased, Abigail Barlow and Emily Bear's "Just One Slice" has already debuted as a preview.
The Unofficial Bridgerton Musical creators wrote the music for the upcoming musical, and if their Grammy win is anything to go by, the TikTok performance is sure to be fire (sauce).
