Why Demi Moore's Daughter Is 'Still Unpacking' Mom's Ashton Kutcher Romance
Tallulah Willis is getting candid about her mom Demi Moore's relationship with Ashton Kutcher.
Willis was nine years old when her mother first started dating the Dude Where's My Car actor—but the now-29-year-old is speaking out about how their relationship impacted her as a child.
Willis is currently starring in Fox's new reality series Stars On Mars, which follows a group of celebrities as they compete to see who is best suited to live on a simulation of the planet Mars.
During the premiere episode, Willis opened up to her fellow cast mates, stating, “It was like 2003, my mom had just started dating Ashton. It was a moment, a lot going on and I really went inside of myself, and that did send me into like a total dumpster fire,” she revealed.
While Willis admitted that the experience was "really hard" on her and that she is "still unpacking" everything, she did note that she is now happy with how things turned out.
"However, I found the other side of that, which is like, I really love myself now, and I love my family."
Moore shares Tallulah with ex-husband Bruce Willis, along with two other daughters–34-year-old Rumer Willis and 31-year-old Scout Willis.
Three years following the Ghost actress's divorce from Bruce, she started dating Kutcher. The two tied the knot in 2005 when she was 42 and he was 27 before divorcing six years later.
Throughout their relationship, Kutcher was accused of cheating on Moore, which he has now owned up to.
Speaking with Esquire for its cover story back in January, the actor said, "Nothing makes you feel like a failure like divorce. Divorce feels like a wholesale f-----g failure. You failed at marriage.” Touching on his infidelity and how he has come to terms with the mistakes he made, Kutcher proclaimed, "You own the shit you did wrong, and you go forward."
Kutcher is now married to Mila Kunis whom he shares two kids with, though remains close with Moore's daughters.
