Why Kris Jenner Was 'Really Hurt' by Kourtney Kardashian's Pregnancy Announcement

Kris Jenner is sharing her true feelings regarding Kourtney Kardashian's latest pregnancy, and more specifically, the way the 44-year-old chose to go about announcing that she was expecting again.
During the latest episode of The Kardashians, the famed momager—who has managed all of her children's careers and seen mega success across several areas of business over the last decade—opened up about being really hurt that her eldest daughter didn't care to include her in the big news.
The newly-minted mom of four shared that she and husband Travis Barker had a baby on the way during a Blink 182 concert, where she held up a sign in the audience that read, "Travis I'm Pregnant" —a nod to the rocker's "All the Small Things" music video.
But as sister Khloe Kardashian revealed during the Hulu series' broadcast, Kris learned that Kourtney was publicly divulging the news of her youngest grandchild at the same time that the rest of the world did.

"She found out on the news, my mom. She wasn't very happy, rightfully so," Khloé explained on the Season 4 finale of the family's reality show.
"I woke up, opened my eyes, and right in front of me—because we had left the TV on the night before—I woke up really early in the morning to see Kourtney holding a sign, and I thought I was being punk'd," Kris admitted. "And then I realized it was ABC News."
The 68-year-old went on to make clear that she "knew she was pregnant," and just wasn't aware that she was going to announce it in that specific timing.
In a previously-aired episode, the Poosh founder shared the pregnancy with her sisters, and even told Khloe about the idea to announce, with the Good American owner suggesting she change the date she was planning for in an effort to include her family.
Deciding against it, Kourtney claimed she "forgot" to invite them to the concert and didn't think they'd want to come anyway.
"She forgot she had a family. That's what pregnancy brain does. It's wild how that happens," Kris sarcastically added while speaking with Khloe.

However, similar to several times in the past, Kourtney stood firm in her decision.
"I just truly didn't think to invite them to the L.A. concert and didn't think that they would care to come," Kourtney said in her confessional interview. "And I did tell Khloé about it and she did ask me to change it to San Diego. It's not about you. It just truly was our way to tell the world, and it's not about anything else."
"Everything becomes about everyone and the way they want to do it and all their complaints," the reality star added. "And I'm like, 'Ah, I see why I didn't invite you.'"
Later in the episode, (in very consistent style, admittedly) she then invited her mother to her gender reveal party just one day before it was taking place, to which—surprise, surprise—Kris also seemed quite dismayed by. "You're telling me the day before? That's so Kourtney," the 68-year-old said, laughing and shaking her head.
The reality show is pre-filmed, and in real time, the couple welcomed the babe— a little boy, whom they decided to name Rocky—on Wednesday, Nov. 1.
