Kylie Cosmetics has earned Kylie Jenner the number one spot on Forbes' list of the Richest Self-Made Women, but it sounds like her in-the-works skincare line won't be quite as fruitful.

The Blast is reporting that Jenner filed paperwork back in October to trademark the name "Kylie Skin by Kylie Jenner" for a new line of scrubs, moisturizers, toners, cleansers, and more, but she's receiving pushback from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. The organization reportedly takes issue with Jenner's exclusive use of the word "skin" in the line's title, and have asked her to make amendments to her application and to resubmit.

The outlet reports that Jenner has been given a "grace period" to make changes to her trademark application, but that if she doesn't do so in a manner that the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office considers timely, her application will be thrown out entirely.
