From Town & Country

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are shaking up their social media strategy. When the couple first launched their solo account @sussexroyal, splitting off from Prince William and Kate Middleton's @kensingtonroyal handle, they were dutifully following the other major royal family accounts on Instagram-but no longer.

There's a good reason Harry and Meghan aren't following their fellow royals anymore. In their most recent Instagram post, they explain that the accounts @sussexroyal follows aren't just to keep up with others on the platform. Instead, Harry and Meghan are using this list to point their fans to worthy causes. This month, the list is devoted to organizations focused on mental health.

"Each month we will honor this same concept and change the accounts we solely follow based on a different theme or cause," the caption reads. "Please go to our homepage and click 'following' to see each of the select accounts and find out more about their work."

The 16 accounts that the @sussexroyal handle is still following include Heads Together, the mental health charity spearheaded by Prince Harry, Prince William, and Kate Middleton, Oprah's Super Soul Conversations (perhaps a nod to Harry's upcoming collaboration with the legendary host), and Black Mental Health Matters, among others.

The list also includes "I Weigh," a body positivity account run by actress Jameela Jamil. Following the endorsement, Jamil promptly posted on her account, thanking the royal couple for their support. "Their work to raise awareness around mental health has been incredible and we couldn’t be bigger fans," the comment reads. "We are happy to see two people use their platforms for such good. Thank you Meghan and Harry!"
